Adalia chooses a willing target within thirty feet of her, doubling their speed for a minute. This makes them harder to hit, and allows them to take more action in a shorter amount of time. When the spell ends, the target can’t do anything for six seconds as a wave of lethargy sweeps over it.

A stroke of lightning forming a line 100 feet long and five feet wide blasts out from Adalia. Each creature in the line takes lightning damage. The lightning ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
